What if we already have a domain name?
Our American Legion website package price is based on the income earned from providing the name also, but importantly I also have access to the name for tech support if needed. However, we can accommodate you with a different package, Our Basic Package is slightly more expensive at $135/yr.  You will need to change the name servers shown on your domain name to us. We'll show you how.
 
How do I order and Pay?
On the home page there is an "Order Now" button. You will need to have a name, address, phone number and email address to register. Click the "Order Now" button. You can pay with a credit card or print the invoice and mail with a check to the address shown. The first year will require a full year payment, after that You can pay semi-annual, or annually. Note: The longer you pay the cheaper the cost.

How long before the website is live?
Once payment is processed we average less than 5-days to have the website live. Your website manager will receive full instructions on how to get started. Step-by-step instructions and more are located in our KnowledgeBase.
 
Is tech support available?
Yes, You get unlimited tech support by phone and email for the first 30 days. And life time email support. We are available 9am to 7pm EST Monday through Friday and randomly on weekends and holidays. Most items of concern are address in our KnowledgeBase .
 
Is there an instructions manual?
Yes, detailed instructions are written for you to follow on your initial Welcome e-mails and detailed instructions are available in the Website Administrator and KnowledgeBase .

Let me state that the website Bob Johnson set up for our American Legion, South Cherokee County, Georgia Post 316 has been nothing but a great asset in reaching out to our membership and to the public as well. Take a look for yourself www.alpost316.org and see how much information can be placed just on the front page and not to mention as many links as one cares to access. Not being a webmaster/designer I was able to learn the ins and outs with Bob Johnson's excellent tutorage and now running the website by my self. Anyone can do it and I do recommend Bob a top notch web designer!
